Mr. Vilas Namdeorao Vhatkar was born on 11-10-1954 at village Uple (Makdache), Taluka and District Dharashiv (formerly Osmanabad), Maharashtra – 413582. He is a B.Sc. (Hons.) graduate from Marathwada University, Aurangabad and holds an M.S.W. from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Since 1980, he has been working as a social worker, providing free career guidance, information about job vacancies and assistance in life-partner search to people of all religions and castes.
